Refund Policy
At KC & Kind, each item is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because our products are print-on-demand, they are custom-made and unique- which means we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for issues such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing error, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

Your order number

A clear photo showing the issue
Once verified, we’ll gladly issue a free replacement or full refund—no need to return the damaged item.
Refund Details
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once approved. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
If multiple items are affected by the same issue, please include a single photo (or short video) showing all affected products together for confirmation.
What's Not Covered
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

Incorrect size, color, or design ordered by the customer

Minor variations in print placement (within 0.5”) on DTG-printed products

Unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
In the case of a failed delivery, you may request a reprint (at an additional charge) or a partial refund.
